Social Media Policy

We value the interest of ImOn customers and the community we serve in communicating across our presence on social media. We at ImOn Communications, LLC will do our best to make sure the postings on our page are in line with the brand’s mission.  This social media policy provides guidelines to ensure that comments enhance and do not detract from the communications being exchanged. We expect that users will not post content that falls into the following categories and we reserve the right to remove postings that are:

  • Irrelevant to the corresponding Facebook post or topic being discussed
  • Spam or links to spam
  • Abusive, defamatory or obscene
  • Fraudulent, deceptive or misleading
  • In violation of another’s intellectual property right
  • In violation of any law or regulation
  • Otherwise offensive


ImOn is eager to help resolve customer service issues, however, support issues are beyond the scope and purpose of this page.  All customer service issues should be emailed to support@ImOn.net or contact customer support at 298-6484.  ImOn makes every effort to respond to all posts, we will monitor and respond to Facebook comments Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
