ImOn continues to work out of its temporary space located at 930 27th Ave SW (directions). Customers may pay their bill, change services, or return equipment at this location.
Customers may also drop of bill payments at the downtown Cedar Rapids Bank and Trust location at 500 1st Ave NE. Check or money order payments may be dropped off during normal bank hours or may be dropped off after hours in the night deposit box located in the CRBT drive thru. CRBT does not have access to customer accounts and cannot accept any ImOn equipment.
