Recently I had an issue with my internet service and after calling in we determined that the modem was faulty. Initially I had an appointment setup for the following Monday (3-4 days later), but I decided to try calling in again to see if I could get the modem exchanged sooner, as I work from home and also take calsses online.  When I called in I was connected to the support technician, she was extremely helpful and had a great attitude and in additional to those things she went the extra mile (she contacted a supervisor or other department, I'm not exactly sure) and was able to get me in contact with customer service.  They did a phenomenal job and really saved me when I was in a bind. Customer Service was a pleasure to deal with as well, and got me set up with a same day appointment! The technician that came out was a phenomenal, knowledgeable and a great people person.  I wanted to than all of these people for their excellent customer service, it was refreshing dealing with such nice helpful people.

A few days ago I called to get help getting my remote to work, it was busy so I didn't think I would hear anything back.  The next day I got a call from Carrie, saying she would like to help me set up my remote, which was a big surprise.  She did it in 3 minutes, and I hadn't been able to do this in 8 days.  She was so nice I could hear the smile in her voice.  She walked me through everything and made me smile.  It's so nice to get a pleasant person to speak to, and was a nice phone call that made my day.  Thank you Carrie.
