  2. Participates in certain assistance programs, such as SNAP, Medicaid, Federal Public Housing Assistance, SSI, WIC, or Lifeline;
  3. Participates in Tribal specific programs, such as Bureau of Indian Affairs General Assistance, Tribal TANF, or Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations;

How to Enroll

If you think you may qualify for the ACP, here are the steps you need to complete to sign up:

  1. Click HERE to determine if you live within ImOn’s service area. If you are a current ImOn customer, you can skip this step. If your address is not serviceable from ImOn, you will need to check the ACP web page (link below) to find a different provider. If you do live within ImOn’s serviceable area, please X out of that window and come back to this page to proceed to step 2.

  2. Go to ACPBenefit.org and enter your information to determine whether you qualify. If you do not, please do not proceed with this process, as ImOn will be unable to provide discounted services to you unless you are included in the database of qualified addresses. If you believe you should qualify but the website is saying you don’t, there is contact information on the Help page of that same website you can use to pursue getting qualified. Please do not call ImOn to appeal whether you qualify – it must be done through the acpbenefit.org/help/.

  3. If – and only if – you do qualify per the website above, please complete the form at the bottom of this page.

  4. Each day ImOn will confirm the addresses we have received through this form, and if confirmed, one of our representatives will call you at the phone number you provide to complete your order.
