Internet Bandwidth Improvements

Thanks to many customers like you, 2018 has been an extremely strong growth year for ImOn. However, with the large number of new customers, comes a large increase in the demand on our network’s bandwidth.  To meet that demand, ImOn is investing more than $1 million over the next several months to increase bandwidth and network performance.

The improvements will include:

  • Installing updated equipment

  • Increasing the number of service hubs, so that fewer customers will receive their service from each hub.

We have been working diligently over the past several months to determine where improvements are needed and how best to address the situation, and now we have our plan in place and are ready to take action.  As a result, you should experience improved Internet speeds and overall performance in the first quarter of 2019. Please see the timeline below for project milestone dates.

If you have been experiencing recent negative impacts to your Internet service, we apologize. ImOn has always been committed to delivering only the highest quality of service and we are disappointed and sincerely sorry if that hasn’t been your experience. However, please rest assured we won’t be satisfied until you are.
