ImOn Communications, a leading provider of fiber Internet services across Iowa and beyond, is proud to announce that the company has been named an Iowa Top Workplace by the Des Moines Register for the fifth consecutive year.
This award honors Iowa organizations with 35 or more employees that have created an exceptional, people-first company culture. Winners are determined by confidential employee feedback collected through the Energage Workplace Survey, which measures key aspects of the workplace experience and employee engagement.
ImOn was first named an Iowa Top Workplace in 2022 and has received the award from the Des Moines Register every year since. In 2025, ImOn also received the Top Workplace award from USA TODAY, a national recognition honoring workplaces across the country with the highest employee engagement scores.

ImOn Communications was founded in 2007 with 35 employees serving one metro area—the Cedar Rapids community. Today, the company has more than 275 full-time employees spread across seven locations, serving communities in five states: Iowa, Nebraska, South Dakota, Minnesota, and Wisconsin.
