The ImOn Customer Care Call Center can assist with billing, service changes, technical support, and any other questions you have about your ImOn services.

ImOn has three walk-in customer care offices available. One is located in downtown Cedar Rapids, one in downtown Iowa City, and the other is on main street in Dubuque. ImOn Representatives can help you with account payments, equipment pickup/drop off, make changes to your services, schedule service calls, and answer any questions you may have. They will be able to provide you with Internet, cable TV, and phone technical assistance, along with outage or emergency issues. Account and billing questions can only be addressed during normal business hours (listed above) by calling the ImOn Customer Care Call Center.
