ImOn Communications, a leading provider of fiber Internet services across the Midwest, recently launched free public Wi-Fi at Iowa City Kickers Soccer Park, located on the southeast side of Iowa City.
The 108-acre park is now equipped with ImOn’s state-of-the-art wireless infrastructure, allowing visitors to enjoy seamless Internet connectivity across all 23 fields in the soccer complex. The timing of this rollout aligns with the start of youth spring leagues and summer camps.
“We are proud to partner with the City of Iowa City to bring free public Wi-Fi to
Iowa City Kickers Soccer Park,” said ImOn President and CEO Patrice Carroll. “Investing in the communities we serve is central to who we are, and providing free Wi-Fi in gathering spaces like this is one meaningful way we help keep people connected. At ImOn, we’re committed to making connections one person at a time—whether at home or on the go.”
ImOn’s public Wi-Fi network at the soccer park offers a fast and secure Internet connection, allowing families to share photos from the sidelines, check game schedules, and stay connected during practices and games.
ImOn also provides free public Wi-Fi in several other Iowa City locations, including the Pedestrian Mall, Riverfront Crossings Park, and the Pepperwood Plaza in the South of 6 Business District.
