CEDAR RAPIDS, IA - ImOn Communications, LLC (“ImOn”), a leading provider of fiber broadband services in Eastern Iowa since 2007, announces it ran its first-ever regional ad during Super Bowl LVII on February 12, 2023. This announcement comes after a year of tremendous growth, expanding its fiber network to 25,000 additional residential and business addresses across Eastern Iowa. ImOn is continuing that growth trend in 2023, recently announcing the purchase of assets from Comelec Services of Dubuque, IA, and an agreement to acquire Fibercomm of Sioux City, IA.
In the Super Bowl ad, created by creative agency Fortnight Collective and titled “Neighbor”, we see a man and his son getting interrupted by a doorbell, which turns out to be a new neighbor. After inquiring about their Internet service, the homeowner replies, “I’m On ImOn”, which leads to a humorous Abbot & Costello back and forth, ending when the new neighbor walks away in frustration.
“The ad positions the brand as a refreshingly different kind of connected experience in Iowa,” says Lisa Rhatigan, Vice President of Marketing. “And we are thrilled to launch the campaign during such an iconic event as the Super Bowl, bringing ImOn’s message to a wide audience across Eastern Iowa.”
The Super Bowl ad and new campaign launch communicates ImOn’s mission to provide the fastest, most reliable fiber-to-the-home Internet service.
